We will register your trademark with the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), with the European Harmonization Office for the EU market (HABM), or with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). In case of infringement of your trade mark, we help you to give warning or to release  a cease-and-desist declaration and if necessary we represent you before courts.
If in the event of a violation you are given a written warning, we will examine whether it can be really constituted and support you to take action against the cease and desist letter.
