In individual labor law we offer substantive knowledge and experience in the design and drafting of employment contract as well as in negotiating the end of the employment relationship. We advise business companies concerning business changes, corporate restructuring, renovation cases or when they enter into insolvency. We advise and support members of board, managing directors and executive employee in all legal questions related to the employment contract and to liability issues.
As for the collective law, our consulting activities are concentrated on negotiating work agreements, social compensation plans and the right balance of interests between employer and employee. We also provide advice on all relevant aspects of the industrial constitution law and tariff law.
We represent our clients in disputes in all instances of the labour court system.
