Data protection
Data protection is seen as a corrective measure against the misuse of data exploitation or as the right to information as self-determination or as a means to protect the rights of the individual. The data protection law explains to us all that is permitted by law. We have been dealing with all aspects of the Federal Data Protection law (BDSG) for about twenty years and the sectorial data protection (e.g energy law, BKA legislation). We advise employers to design data protection and compliance concepts and help to elaborate data protection agreements.
