Settlement of interests and social compensation plan
Restructuring measures in companies are often changes in the business, which according to the industrial constitution law impose duties and obligation upon employers. The employer has to try to create a reconciliation of interest or to adopt a social plan. The reconciliation of interests includes all the measures the employer is going to take, whereas the social plan is to mitigate economic disadvantages for the employee. We advise you to conclude agreements and assist you in the negotiations with the workers' council.
