Ltd
The Ltd is a private limited company and one of the most popular company structures under German law, because the partners are free to decide how to develop their partnership. Furthermore only in exceptional cases one of the partners or the managing director can be held personally liable. We advise partners, as well as small, medium and large companies in any moment of the setting-up of the company and in any aspect of the German GmbH law.
