Theft and misappropriation
If an employee commits serious offences like theft or misappropriation, the termination of the employment relationship must be well prepared. Due to the jurisprudence of the Federal Labour Court the employer should think twice if the incident is a reason for dismissing him or it is more convenient to first give the employee a written warning.
