Negotiations with social partners
The term 'social partners' refers to the parties of the collective agreement that is the trade union and the employers' association. We lead and conduct the negotiations between the social partners. For example in case the employer has the intention to negotiate with the trade union about deviations from the collective agreement or about an in-house collective agreement. Or when the company is in a crisis situation they might negotiate about a restructuring agreement.
