Before being involved in a lawsuit with someone , we examine in more detail the risks of a legal action  and consider fundamental aspects like the burden of proof, the costs and the time of the proceedings and the financial solvency.  During the proceedings we play out various scenarios and help you to find the best strategy.

Until the end of the so called 'Singularzulassung' in 2002 all the lawyer of our law firm were admitted only at Regional Supreme Court.  Therefore we have an extensive experience in appeal proceedings which is of benefit to us at the court of first instance. Due to this basis of professional expertise, it is possible to ensure high quality briefs, as well as a strategic planning and the necessary negotiating experience.
