The early years until 1945
The judicial council Bernhard Falk founded the law office in 1893 and was alone at the beginning. As he was a representative of the Liberals in the Prussian Parliament, he accepted Dr. Fritz Fuchs as a partner in 1909. Soon Falk & Fuchs were known as a law office of two 'predators'. Due to the growing success of the law office in 1926 Dr. Wilhelm Koll was accepted as a partner.
Due to the professional restrictions for Jewish attorneys imposed in 1933 Bernhard Falk had to leave the law office. He emigrated to Belgium where he died of natural causes in 1944.
