Letter of completion and concluding statement
When you obtain an interim injunction, the contentious life circumstances do not necessarily end up. As you are interested in a definite solution you either decide to take legal action or the respondent comes to a concluding statement. In the concluding statement the respondent accepts the injunction as a definite solution and agrees he shall have no recourse against it.
The request to make the concluding statement is called the letter of completion.
