Diese beinhalten Maßnahmen für einen wirksamen Wechsels zwischen den Diensten sowie Vorgaben zur vertraglichen Ausgestaltung des Wechsels. Wir beraten Sie bei der Einhaltung der Vorgaben des Data Acts und gestalten für Sie die notwendigen Verträge (AGB).
